Graphic equalizer is a set of digital peak/notch filters that allows you to control (equalize) amplification of sound in 10 frequency bands. Equalizer is widely used to improve balance between different frequency components of sound. It is almost impossible to get clear sound when mixing recorded voice and live instruments without equalizing them.
