"Boy" This is an instance of now popular in Russia TV genre - "social commercials". They advertise nothing in particular, but are supposed to be pieces of TV art of social content. What they have in common with commercials is that they have the same duration and appear on TV on the same occasions - between programs. As for the content, maybe they advertise goodness, I do not know how to say it another way.

To the right there are two movies, in AVI format. They are essentially the light-weighted versions of the whole reel, they differ in size, and, correspondingly, in quality of the sound and in the resolution. They are 6.5 megabytes and 1.5 Megabytes in size.

The background voice is russian, of course. It is a voice of a child, reading a verse like that:
If you ride your bike through the long corridor
And your daddy comes in front of you from the bathroom for a walk
Don't you turn into the kitchen - there's a fridge and it is tough!
Better run into your daddy, daddy's soft - he will forgive.
