This field of our activity is the first the company was engaged in, actually even before becoming what it is - SoftLab-Nsk. All the other directions have stemmed from it.

SoftLab-Nsk is one of main developers of visual simulation software for russian spacecraft and aircraft training systems. A complete suite of software for the most powerfull russian computer image generator "Albatros" has been developed by SoftLab-Nsk. Now, together with Darim Co. (Korea) we are finishing the developement of PC based driving simulator.

One of our current VR projects is to build a virtual model of MIR space station module interior (for the Russian Cosmonauts Training Centre). Using this system, american astronauts will get acquainted with MIR modules. A Silicon Graphics IMPACT workstation is used for the real-time image generation. The first stage of the project is already finished - a full functional virtual model of the interior of module "Priroda" with the equipment is already completed and is passing final acceptance tests at the Russian Cosmonauts Training Centre
